In naming ourselves Chase Commons, we indicate our desire to build a housing community, eventually our condo association--on certain shared values. We want Chase Commons to be a wholesome place to live--safe, clean, well-maintained, attractive and affordable. We want to be a diverse community, welcoming people who differ in age, race, ethnicity, religion, income, education, sexual orientation and physical ability. We want to be a neighborly community, friendly and mutually supportive but not intrusive. We seek the participation of all residents in making decisions and want to use cooperative means of resolving conflicts. To protect the environment, we will strive for appropriate conservation practices. We want to be good citizens of Northside, involved in and supportive in our local neighborhood.
