New Tenants

We have several new Owners that have moved into our building.  In 1F Brenda Beckwith and in 2A Todd Adamson.  Brenda knows Mark Charles and that's how she learned of the building.  Todd tells me that I showed him several units some time ago.  Well we're all happy to have you both here and call on us if you need anything.  3A has sold and the new owners are Junko & Daniel Markovic and they have beautiful hardwood floors!  And soon to be introduced the new owner(s) of 1A. 

1A has closed on Tuesday July 28th. and 4C will have its closing sometime in late Aug.  So after they are sold we will have just 1H, 2B, 2D, 3B, 4A, 4B, 4H. 

I will add all the new owners to the phone list as soon as they get settled and I get the info.

Hello, My name is Mark and I'm the "Caretaker" here a Chase Commons.  I handle Maintenance, Janitorial, Lawn Care as well as Resident Work Orders.  I've also enjoyed showing units to prospective residents and informing them about the History and Future of Chase Commons.

In My own Words...

     This place is great to live in.  I love the open floor plan of my Condo.  The 14 foot ceilings and 8 foot windows give this unit an airy feeling.  I do appreciate the security of the building via the remote entry system for buzzing in guests.  If you would like to Email me requesting more information, I would be glad to answer you.
